We wanted to pop in a message to thank you for all the work you've done. The food was so so, so, so good, I got so many comments from everyone saying that the food was amazing and I personally (mia) asked for a tray of all the canapes during reception and ate them all, they were delicious. The lamb was outstanding.

But, I cannot lie, the superstar of the day was the chocotorta. Every Argentinian found it one of the best they've ever tried and it was exactly the same as how we do it usually, honestly you rock! Thank you for making our day even more perfect.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for last weekend! We absolutely loved it and had the most wonderful day. We had so, so many compliments on the food, people were raving about it and saying it was the best food they'd had at a wedding. The staff were just so lovely too, looking after us and making sure we had a moment to try all the delicious canapes, and making sure everyone with (the various!!) dietary requirements were all looked after.

The canapés and dinner were both absolutely delicious, we had so many people come up to say how good the food was. The catering was the best I have known for such an event, and there were so many staff on duty at the brewery, and all were so diligent and helpful. Staff worked well into the night and were very accommodating to everyone’s needs.

We were SO thrilled with the delicious lunches you prepared on both days, it was absolutely perfect and so many people commented. You have such a reputation that people seem to know instantly they taste the food that it is you cooking!

Your food was outstanding, and beautifully presented! Everyone I have spoken to has raved about the catering and we all agreed that it is a real rarity to eat such exquisitely cooked beef at a large gathering. It was all sublime. Your cooking team was wonderful and the kitchen in the house seemed, surprisingly, like a haven of tranquillity populated by calm, capable and creative people.

I can't thank you and your team enough for providing us with such superb service for our party at the weekend. The food (from tapas to crispy duck and yummy pudding) were utterly delicious and I have been deluged with compliments from many of the guests. Special mention should be made of Louise's leadership of her lovely, smiley and efficient team. It was a mammoth task to 'plate' that number of people.
