Victoria’s was lucky enough to have been at the forefront of the new food revolution in London of the early 1990’s while cooking in London, and at the fashionable ‘Books for Cook’s restaurant, alongside many of the well-known writers, cooks and gourmands of today. Her passion grew into the food and catering business it is today.
Always keen to embrace and explore fresh ideas, new flavours and new ways of cooking, together with her travels to many countries in Asia, the Middle East and Mediterranean to seek out foods and ingredients, has ensured she remains at the forefront of today’s food trends.
Victoria’s bestseller book ‘Canapés’ by the publisher DK in 1999 sealed her expertise in party food over the last two decades, and further book titles have kept her up to date.
